A Presidential Candidate must have many attributes: intelligence, knowledge, wisdom, experience and a caring for all Americans. Obama has intelligence, but he is not ready. His running-mate said he was not ready. If Obama were ready, he would not need Joe Biden to sit with him during meetings. Obama needed Joe Biden's experience. Obama is intelligent.
